• Digital wallet services
• Debit card management (Visa®)
• Bill payments
• Crypto exchange (via DEX)
• Peer-to-peer and DeFi lending
• Crypto investment opportunities
• Financial planning tools

3. Account Registration and Security

• Account Creation: Requires accurate personal and identity info.
• Security: You are responsible for account security. Report unauthorized access immediately.
• KYC: We may request additional documents to meet AML/CTF laws.

4. Fees and Payments

• Transaction Fees: Disclosed at time of transaction. May include Stellar network fees.
• Payment Methods: Debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and PayCash agents are accepted.
• Refunds: Generally non-refundable unless required by law or our discretion.

5. Cryptocurrency Risks

• Volatility: Crypto values are volatile. You assume all financial risks.
• Regulatory Risks: You are responsible for complying with local crypto laws.
• Security Risks: Transactions are irreversible. Losses due to hacks/phishing may not be recoverable.

6. Debit Card Usage

• Issued in partnership with Visa®.
• You are responsible for transactions and must report lost/stolen cards promptly.
• Card usage may have additional fees disclosed during activation.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for:

• Illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.
• IP violations or unauthorized transactions.
• Hacking or interfering with our Services or the Stellar blockchain.
• Providing false/misleading information during registration or transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, trademarks, text, software) on our Website and App is owned or licensed by PayCash LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify it without written consent.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially for Terms violations or KYC noncompliance.
• You may terminate by contacting us. All dues must be cleared upon termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved via binding arbitration in Delaware under AAA rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Updates will be posted on the Website and App. Continued use means acceptance of the revised Terms.
